Breath Awareness Treatment

How We Breathe

There is so much power in our breath.

If more people changed how they breathe, there would be far less pain and far more connection, empathy and compassion between people. We will have more love, joy and beauty on the planet. The more we learn to breathe properly and freely through Breath Awareness, the more we can master the life force which gives us a deeper, truer understanding of what matters.

We are the most pure version of ourselves when our breathing is free and unrestricted. As we engage in life, we transform our breathing pattern as a reflection of how life events affect us.

Fear, anxiety, anger, grief and lack of trust all play an important role in your breathing and holding patterns.

In fact, you are how you breathe.

You may have noticed in the past that you restricted your breath whenever you experienced stress, anxiety, fear, pain or any situation that activated the fight, flight or freeze response. It may be also happening in a present moment.

Shallow or restricted breathing does not allow us to express our full potential or necessarily making clear decisions that would benefit them.

Breath Awareness treatment allows a person to rediscover their true nature and awaken them to who they really are.

Any person hoping to escape the bonds of anxiety, stress, fear or anger must first become aware of how they are breathing in that moment. There is no change without awareness or awareness without change.

Through Breath Awareness session, we can increase our awareness and live a more vibrant and loving life.

About Breath Awareness

Breath Awareness  is a self-empowering healing process that creates great transformation and awareness in one’s life.

Breath Awareness accesses our electromagnetic field at the cellular level and creates permanent healing and transformation.

On a physical level, opens and clears restricted breathing patterns.

During a Breath session, we are releasing tensions, restrictions and holding patterns in our fascial system (also known as a connective tissue), which allowes us to breath more efficiently and easily.

Most people only get a small percentage of air capacity due to closed and restricted breathing patterns. Proper oxygenation on a cellular level is extreamly important and beneficial for our compleate wellbeing including our immune system. While releasing restrictions and tentions in our body, we create a better flow in our breath.

Not only do we have more energy and support for the body’s natural healing abilities, we greatly improve our capacity to feel centered, present and safe. To the degree that the breath is open and flowing, we are in the flow of life. Easterners have known for thousands of years that the life force’s primary means of access into the body is through our breathing.

On an emotional and mental level, Breath Awareness deals with clearing some of the major reasons why we shut down our breathing to begin with. On this level, we are  healing traumas and negativity in the subconscious mind. This includes old unexpressed emotions sometimes called repressions, self-destructive beliefs or past memories, all of which are stored on a cellular level.

One of the primary ways to keep them “stuffed” in the subconscious is to shut down and control our breathing by creating tensions in our body in our fascial system. We can reverse this by opening those holding patterns so that we can be able to let go of where we hold onto the breath. This process may bring up old emotions, thoughts and memories. By integrating these repressions, we change our perception.

Our subconscious begins to open and clear. We become lighter, clearer, feeling more safe and centered in our being. You may be wondering how Breath Awareness differs from other breathing processes. Breath Awareness uses diaphragmatic circolare breath, while releasing tensions and fascial restrictions in the body. By releasing and opening fascial restrictions, we can fully relax and create optimal flow in our body and breath.

Dr. Judith Kravitz first experienced conscious breathwork in the mid-seventies through the breathing practice known as Rebirthing. This type of breathwork was designed to release various traumas sustained by individuals during birth.

She was then guided to combine conscious breathwork with her healing practice as a counseling minister. As Judith began doing breathwork with her clients, she received insights for making it more effective, powerful and lasting. Over time, enough changes were made in the form, consciousness, techniques and intention of her practice of breathwork that she named the new process Transformational Breath.

Today, Transformational Breath is taught and experienced as a powerful self-healing modality. This technique has expanded beyond Leonard Orr’s Rebirthing and Dr. Stanislav Grof’s Holotropic Breathwork. It is a global breathwork success story.

Judith integrated various principles from her doctoral studies in metaphysics, Kundalini Yoga, breath analysis, sound healing, body mapping, and other healing and spiritual principles to develop Transformational Breath, the most effective therapeutic breathwork training system known today.
